FAQ`S

Breakfast:
In the time from 8.00 - 9.30 clock. Our breakfast consists of: tea/coffee, rolls, sausage, cheese, ham, egg, jam, honey, cereal and yoghurt.

Departure:
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the rooms by 10.00 am.

Deposit:
With the receipt of your deposit we see the reservation as confirmed. The remainder must be paid in cash before departure.

Dinner:
We serve a 3-course evening menu with salad buffet.
We also prepare food for vegetarians - a reservation is absolutely necessary!

Getting there:
Your room is available from 14.00 on the day of your arrival. If you are arriving after 21:00, please contact us by phone.

Parking spaces:
Since we have a limited number of parking spaces in front of our guest house, we can draw your attention to the fact that we can only guarantee you a parking space per room during your booked stay (arrival day from 2.00 pm - departure 10.00 am) per room.

Payment:
Please note that we do not accept EC or credit cards for cost reasons.

Pets:
Generally possible against pre-registration. For dogs, we charge a supplement of € 7, - per day (without food).

Ski & Skiboot-Room:
Guests can use our ski and boot room with a boot dryer.

Snow chains:
In case of heavy snowfall or immediately thereafter snow chains are recommended for the arrival / departure to our pension.

Supplements:
For stays of less than 3 nights, a 20% surcharge will be applied to the half board rate.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS:
Is available in our house for free use.
