Arrival:
Your rooms will be available from 14.00 on the day of your arrival.
Please contact us by 13.00 and let us know your expected and let us know your expected time of arrival.

Departure:
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11.00 am.

Deposit:
With the receipt of your deposit we consider the reservation as confirmed. 
The rest is to be paid in cash on the spot before departure.

Breakfast:
We are happy to offer breakfast between 8.00 - 9.30 am.
Our breakfast consists of regional and seasonal products, be it savoury or sweet.
In case of allergens or intolerances, please let us know before arrival.

Parking space:
Each flat has a free parking space in our guesthouse.

Snow chains:
Snow chains are compulsory in case of heavy snowfall or immediately afterwards.
Please check the weather conditions in Austria before your arrival or feel free to contact us.

Ski & boot room: 
House guests can use our ski and boot room with boot dryer. 

WIFI:
Is available in our house for free use.

Payment:
Please note that we do not accept EC or credit cards.
